These terms apply to the Nomzy iOS application ("the app"), operated under the trade name "Ferah Labs" by Mehmet Görkem Çakıcı, an individual based in Turkey. By using the app you agree to these terms.

License

You get a personal, non-transferable license to use Nomzy on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

Free tier and subscriptions

• Nomzy's free tier includes 3 photo scans per day, unlimited text logging, and barcode scanning.
• Nomzy offers an auto-renewing subscription, Nomzy Premium (weekly or annual), with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Premium unlocks unlimited photo scans and full history.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation, or at the end of the free trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies — we cannot issue them directly, but we're happy to point you in the right direction.

How Nomzy works

Nomzy's calorie and nutrition numbers are AI estimates based on the photo, text, or barcode you provide. Estimates can be imperfect — that's why every result carries an honest confidence label and can be corrected with a tap. Use the numbers as a rough guide for awareness, not as precise measurements.

Not medical advice

Nomzy is a wellness and awareness tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietetic advice. It is not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, or management of any condition, including eating disorders. If you have a medical condition or a difficult relationship with food, please work with a qualified professional — and be kind to yourself.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, resell, abuse, or overload the service, and don't use it in violation of applicable law.

Warranty & liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ferah Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address with its date above. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
