How Witly works

Witly suggests replies based on the conversation you share; you decide what — if anything — to send. Suggestions are AI-generated and can be imperfect, so use your own judgment. Witly is a writing assistant for your own conversations: don't use it to harass, deceive, impersonate, or otherwise harm others, and don't paste other people's private information without a lawful basis for doing so.

Not professional advice

Witly offers conversational suggestions for everyday texting. It is not a substitute for professional relationship, mental-health, legal, or medical advice.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, resell, abuse, or overload the service, and don't use it in violation of applicable law.

Warranty & liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ferah Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address with its date above. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
