Terms of Use

Mola · Last updated: June 16, 2026

These terms apply to the Mola iOS application ("the app"), operated under the trade name "Ferah Labs" by Mehmet Görkem Çakıcı, an individual based in Turkey. By using the app you agree to these terms.

License

You get a personal, non-transferable license to use Mola on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

How blocking works

Mola shields apps using Apple's Screen Time framework. Mola is an honest tool, not a trap: deleting the app removes every shield, and we never try to stop you from uninstalling. Strict mode means there is no in-app early exit until your break ends — but it never prevents you from managing the app through iOS itself.

Not medical advice

Mola is a digital wellbeing tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, including for any condition related to technology use. Nothing in the app replaces guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and don't use it in violation of applicable law.

Warranty & liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ferah Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address with its date above. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
